Mutton Curry


MUTTON CURRY


Ingredients:


·         mUTTON                                                                                             
·         Meat masala                                                                                 
·         Tandoori chicken masala                                              
·         Mutton biryani masala                                                     
·         Potatoes cubed small                                                       
·         Whole cumin seeds                                                                 
·         Fenugreek seeds                                                                       
·         Yoghurt                                                                                         
·         Onion                                                                                                    
·         Vegetable oil
turmeric 
cumin powder
coriander powder
red chili pepper
meat seasoned salt
salt/pepper
ginger/garlic paste
cilantro


Preparation:


1.)   Marinate cubed mutton using yoghurt, turmeric, curry powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili pepper, meat seasoned salt, salt and pepper.

2.)   In a frying pan add in vegetable oil with whole cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds

3.)  Add in chopped onion, ginger/garlic paste and stir constantly.

Add in marinated mutton to the pan and cook it for 15-20 minutes. Stir to make sure the mutton does not burn.

  
 
1.)   After 20 minutes of cooking add in ½ cup of water. Add in meat masala, tandoori chicken masala and mutton biryani masala.



6.) Add a lid and allow it to cook for about 10 more minutes.



1.)   In a pressure cooker butter the bottom of it so that the mutton does not stick to it. Add some water. Add some more of the in meat masala, tandoori chicken masala and mutton biryani masala. Add in the mutton from the pan to the pressure cooker. Add the cubed potatoes in as well.



1.)   Turn the heat on to medium to high heat and let it cook in the pressure cooker until it whistles about 15 times.




 
1.)   Serve the mutton with rice and enjoy =)
