Tilapia Fish

Tilapia Fish

Honest Verdict:
We are not a huge fan of fish. But being Assamese and having parents who are die hard foodaholics of eating Fish we had no choice but to try and love eating fish as well. My mom & dad both make the best fish and I guess that made it easier to eat it. But if we had a choice of fish versus anything... you can bet we'd go with anything.

This receipe however is something that we enjoy eating and the best part is that the prep time will literally take you less than 5 minutes to put together (just make sure you have all the ingredient in front of you and bam bam ... YOU ARE DONE!!)

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Bake: 350°F- 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1) Tilapia Fish
2) Salt/ Pepper
3) Vegetable or Chicken Broth OR Sweet Corn Can
4) Cilantro
5) Parsley Flakes
6) Cooking spray

Seasonings:
You may use any seasonings you like but here's what I used:
Corriander Poweder, Curry Powder, Garam Masala, Paprika, Meat Tendinizer, Garlic Powder, Chicken Rub, Garlic Salt

Steps:
1) Defrost Tilapia ~ you can do this about 2 hours before you plan to bake.
2) Lay out fish in a baking dish (remember to spray the dish so the fish doesn't stick or you can use aluminum foil)
3) Add salt/pepper (to your taste) and spread all over the fish (it's OK to use your hands!!!)
4) Add whatever seaonsings you like or the ones I suggested. (Rub all over the fish)
5) This step is OPTIONAL.. you can do either or neither.
a) Pour chicken or vegetable broth all over the dish and stir it up a bit.
OR
b) Open a can of sweet corn and add it all around the dish.
6) Bake it and ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Garnish with cilantro ~~~~~ How pretty!!
