Masalas Needed: Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, Garam, Red Chill Powder, Fennel Seeds and Whole Cumin Seeds and Garlic/Ginger Paste (Homemade) |
Onions and Cilantro |
Salt and Any Oil (Vegetable, Canola or even Olive Oil) |
Add Mashed Potatoes and Onions Together |
Add All the Masalas Mentioned Above 1-2 tsp of each |
Add Chopped Cilantro and Mix in all the ingredients together. Hands are of best use here ;-) |
In another pan in medium to low heat add Fennel Seeds, Whole Cumin Seeds, Onions, Garlic/Ginger Paste |
Add in the Potatoes to the fan and fry for about 8 minutes until lightly brown. |
To Make the Besan Cream to dip it in you will need Besan (Gram Flour), Salt, Rice Flour and a small Bowl. |
Mix in Besan (Gram Flour), Rice Flour, Pinch of Salt. |
Add just enough water to mix this type of paste consistency. |
After potatoes have cooled make balls like this. |
Dip them in the besan batter. |
Fry them in medium to hot oil until evenly brown. |
Serve with Ketchup and Enjoy =) |
